We use International Express Service for all international shipments. Please wait about 5 to 10 business days from shipment. Additional delays may occur during the months of September to March due to high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs. We are not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is transferred to you as soon as we deliver your order to the shipping company. International orders may be subject to import taxes / duties. For more information, contact your local customs authority. Any of these taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by us.
EMS (Express Mail Service): EMS is our express shipping method default (Suitable for most customers).
DHL: DHL chose when the load weight is equal or greater than 21 kg.
It would normally take 12 to 48 hours to process and ship your goods. If you order a product out of stock, we will contact you immediately via e-mail.
Usually, it takes 5-7 business days for express delivery. We regret that we do not offer overnight shipping currently.

In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace / repair the products at no cost to the customer. To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. Then will provide further instructions. The goods must be returned within 8 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all original packaging and labeling. We credit your original method of payment except 25% restocking fee / processing fee and $ 30 back. All shipping costs associated with returning the goods is the responsibility of the consumer.

The products can be exchanged within 8 days of the date of receipt provided they are unworn and in original condition with all original packaging and labeling. When returning an item for an exchange, please make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. We strongly recommend that you use trackable shipping recommend, and we will not be responsible for any lost packages. For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days.
